What payments are accepted? Are transactions secure?

All purchases are securely processed via PayPal through a Squarespace e-commerce integration. PayPal accepts a variety of payment methods including, a bank account, debit or credit cards, and PayPal Credit.

I live outside of the United States. Can I purchase an item?

We are so grateful for your interest and support. Unfortunately, at this time, Beautiful Botanicals LLC only accepts purchases and ships items within the United States.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free.

How are products shipped?

Products are lovingly secured with bubble wrap and packing paper in a sturdy cardboard box.

When are products shipped?

All orders will be shipped via USPS within 7 days after purchase. We will do our best to ensure your purchase is shipped in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates as many shipping companies are experiencing delays due to COVID. Tracking information will be emailed once available.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, expedited shipping is not offered.

What happens if a shipment arrives damaged or is lost or stolen?

All shipments are insured, however, Beautiful Botanicals LLC is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Any issues should be communicated directly to USPS.

Returns & Order Modifications

Can items be returned or exchanged?

Beautiful Botanicals LLC does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

I made a mistake when ordering. Can I request a change or modification to my order?

If you need to request a change or cancellation to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Once items have been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Product Information

How can the artwork be displayed?

All pieces have a secure wire hanger in the back unless shown otherwise, making it a breeze to hang. Items can also be displayed using a plate stand or other similar stand.

What is the best way to care for plaster cast art?

Plaster cast art is delicate and should avoid areas with high moisture. It’s best to keep items indoors, preferably not in bathrooms as shower steam may cause the details to fade. Feather dusters work best to clear dust, as paper towels and cloths may leave particles behind and/or snag and chip away lovely details.
